Andrea Tonellotto

Biografia

Andrea Tonellotto was born near Padova in 1974 and he lives in Piazzola del Brenta.

His photographs have been published by international magazines and they are exhibited in Italy and abroad. During Milan Fashion Week 2015, the stylist Giulia Marani presented a fashion collection inspired by his polaroids. In 2017 and 2019 he was finalist at “Codice Mia”, and his photos have been reviewed and reported by Tristan Lund, Andra Spallart, Hazell Collins, Hans Porsche, Jane Jackson, and Damien Bachelot. In 2018 he published his first book “Just a perfect day” (ed. Artphilein/ Heillandi Gallery). The second edition of the book was presented in 2020. In 2023 Artphilein published The Box - Good Bye Berlin. His work “Rationalism” about the town of Tresigallo, was among the finalists of the Architecture Photography Prize at Mia Photo Fair 2019 and it was awarded with the “Honorable Mention”. In 2023 he did an Artistic Residency at Galerie 127 (Marrakech). Some of his works are part of prestigious private collections, including the SpallArt Collection in Salzburg and Artphilein Foundation in Lugano. Besides photography, he is extremely passionate about rugby.
